CityPoint contract extends portfolio

Incentive QAS, the specialist cleaning arm of Incentive FM Group, has secured a major contract win with leading international real estate services and investment firm CBRE, to provide a full range of soft FM services for CityPoint, the seventh tallest building in the City of London.

The three-year contract - worth in excess of £3 million - was awarded following a competitive tender process and is believed to be the largest in the UK for soft services in this type of building. It covers periodic cleaning, internal and external window cleaning, reception floor maintenance, external cleaning, and waste management. In addition, Incentive QAS will provide onsite shredding, washroom services, consumables supply, and pest control.

Located on Ropemaker Street, near Moorgate in the heart of the City, the 35-storey office building is managed by CBRE.
