The Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire, Lord Shuttleworth KG KCVO, has announced the appointment of Khalid Saifullah as Deputy Lieutenant of Lancashire. He will join the existing team of deputies who help and support the Lord-Lieutenant in his duties as the Queen’s representative in Lancashire.
Khalid Saifullah, managing director of Star Tissue UK Ltd, said:“I am both greatly honoured and humbled to have been selected to serve my home county of Lancashire as a Deputy Lieutenant. I will continue to work hard to represent all that is great about Lancashire. I look forward to supporting Lord Shuttleworth and his team in their forthcoming duties.”
