The Wrennalls Group, a Lancashire based cleaning consultancy, is celebrating a ‘coup’ for excellence in quality by achieving both the ISO 9001:2008 standard and also gaining Woolsafe accreditation for its whole organisation.
ISO 9001:2008 is recognised worldwide. It requires organisations to demonstrate that they have a quality management system to ensure consistency and continuous improvement, leading to higher levels of performance and customer satisfaction. The revised 2008 standard has a much greater focus on the management and measurement of business processes and their continuous improvement.
Shaun Bradbury, managing director of Wrennalls, said: “By achieving our most recent ISO accreditation, Wrennalls has demonstrated that not only has our quality management system met such stringent standards, but it has demonstrated our underlying commitment to delivering consistent, high quality and professional services to all our clients.
This includes compliance with legislation, careful observance of health & safety procedures and delivery of the best possible service to ensure the highest standards of customer care.”
In addition, the Wrennalls Group has also just become a Woolsafe certified company by completing a comprehensive training and accreditation programme run by the organisation. Paul Bakker, managing director of Woolsafe, said: “I am delighted to welcome Wrennalls as a Woolsafe certified operator to our network of professional carpet cleaners trained and accredited by the organisation. I know that Shaun recognises the importance of his operators having complete confidence to clean wool and advanced generation synthetic carpets, knowing that they are using certified products, which will not only achieve excellent results, but significantly reduce the risk of expense due to complaints. Now Wrennalls has joined our network of certified operators, it will benefit from the strength of the Woolsafe brand and marketing as well as expert support services.”
