Wetrok and Jigsaw announce partnership

A new partnership has been announced between Wetrok and the national distributor-training organisation, Jigsaw Cleaning Systems. Wetrok, a Swiss company offering next-generation cleaning technology, will be working with Jigsaw to provide products, services and support through its growing distribution network.

Nick Townsend, country manager for Wetrok in the UK, said: “Together with Jigsaw Cleaning Systems as our main distributor in the UK, we see an opportunity to expand the regional distributor network. Customer-focused research and development remains at the heart of Wetrok's business, and we are excited to work with Jigsaw to deliver these products widely in the UK market. In 2014 Wetrok won the ISSA Interclean Innovation Award for our Mambo scrubber dryer with Li-ion batteries, and we are gearing up for further product launches in the weeks and months ahead. Jigsaw Cleaning Systems shares Wetrok's core aim - to work closely with customers and distribution partners to deliver the highest standards in hygiene, optimise productivity, maximise the ergonomics for the cleaners themselves, and offer environmentally-friendly solutions. Wetrok, in conjunction with Jigsaw and our growing base of regional distributors, will offer the UK market our full range of products, including machines, chemicals and janitorial items.”

James Blackhurst, managing director of Jigsaw Cleaning Systems, said: “We are creating a new level of cleaning systems that look at the key decision-making factors behind a client's interest in changing its cleaning practices and we will then offer a process that is built around their needs, be it equipment, financial, environmental or skills. The Wetrok brand is known internationally for its quality and reliability and we plan to further improve the recognition of the range within the UK cleaning sector. Our relationship will also help us to ensure that the UK is at the centre of future product developments. We will be working closely with Wetrok's technical experts in research and development to ensure that new machinery and chemicals continue to recognise and meet the specific cleaning needs and best practices of the UK cleaning market place.”

Blackhurst continued: “Our partnership recognises the strengths of both companies and the importance of finding the right distributors to support Wetrok's offering. We want our customers to understand that buying a piece of equipment is only the first step and that the ongoing support and expert advice offered by this partnership is key to everyone's success.”

The Wetrok-Jigsaw collaboration will serve all sectors for cleaning across the UK including FM, healthcare, contractors, government, leisure, hospitality, and education.
