Westgrove Group aims for £40 million turnover by 2021

The Westgrove Group looks set to more than double its turnover to £40 million by the end of 2021. It is expanding rapidly across its core service areas of security, cleaning and customer service teams, increasing its market share in shopping centres and moving into new sectors during 2018. Turnover is expected to top £25 million in the current financial year, an increase of 30% from the previous year.

Managing director, Claire McKinley Smith, said: “Offering a dual service approach has been significant in terms of growing our business and enabling us to develop a consistent culture. Most sites we work with require both security and cleaning so it makes sense to use one provider - or partner as we prefer to refer to ourselves. There is one point of contact and the teams have exposure to the same colleague benefits such as training and development, reward and recognition, and service excellence initiatives. We believe this has been pivotal to our success over recent years and we have certainly seen a preference from our partners to work this way.”
