Two new team members

We are pleased to welcome two new team members:

Lisa Kitching: Lisa joins us as Training & Education Administrator working for Colin Hanks and supporting Mark Mahoney. Lisa is currently working part-time (10am – 2pm) having spent the last year project managing the building work being carried out on her house. She has a strong sales and marketing background having previously worked for AT-Toolcentre in Northampton as a Product Manager.

Stacey Hyliands: Stacey is Hailey Ducker’s replacement as Membership Services Administrator working with Barbara and Gill. She has been on maternity leave and is delighted to be coming back into full-time employment. Before having her baby, Stacey worked for five years at Nationwide Building Society, firstly as a Customer Services Advisor and then PA to the Recoveries Controller. She then went to Franklins Solicitors as a Legal Secretary.

Hailey Ducker has left BICSc to fulfil her dream of travelling the world. I am sure all of those that knew or had dealings with her and, of course, the team she is leaving behind, wish her well. I am sure she will keep in touch and send the occasional postcard!
