Incentive QAS has been awarded a three-year contract by Babcock International to provide a full range of cleaning services at Salesian School in Chertsey, Surrey. Incentive QAS impressed the facilities management organisation with its ability to fully mobilise operations in just four weeks - despite no staff transferring under TUPE.
Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive QAS will deploy a flow cleaning regime where staff will strategically work together as a single unit to efficiently clean the entire facility, including offices, classrooms, the canteen, the sports hall, toilets, and external areas. This model ensures minimal disruption for students and staff during the school day.
Incentive QAS was able to mobilise the contract in just four-weeks, including the recruitment of six new employees, who all underwent enhanced DBS checks that enable them to work on the school premises. In order to prepare the team for the start of term, staff went through a comprehensive training process whilst the school was unoccupied. This included the proper use of new equipment that has been specifically designed to help the team deliver an efficient solution to a high standard.
