Customers who need immediate technical support for their fleet of Tennant and Vaclensa cleaning machines can now use the company’s latest innovative service support tool, Instant Assist.
Instant Assist is a live video chat system which allows customers to visually speak to one of Tennant’s technical experts, allowing both the customer and engineer to assess the machine and find a resolution in real-time.
With the current issues surrounding lockdown and on-site visits from external parties, Instant Assist means any problems faced by a Tennant, Vaclensa or Decarbonizer customer can still be resolved without the need for a technician or engineer to physically visit the customer site.
