Surge in demand for Airquest

The rise in green consumerism is changing the landscape at chemical manufacturer, Airedale Chemical, which specialises in products used in cleaning formulations. It has seen a 40% increase in phosphonates this year to date.

Airquest, the company’s own range of phosphonate products, has seen a surge in demand, particularly for chelating agent Airquest HEDP 60, which it attributes to increasing customer requests for formulas containing less harsh chemicals.

Airedale Chemical supplies Airquest phosphonates to the industrial and institutional cleaning, personal care, textile dyeing and water treatment industries.
