ISS is embarking on a new contract with the Law Society, the professional association representing the solicitors' profession in England and Wales. The contract will include the delivery of engineering, security, and cleaning services, in addition to project and lifecycle works, and pest control. Covering five of the Law Society's properties, ISS will be delivering services to buildings in Cardiff, Birmingham, and London, including the impressive 1832, grade II listed building in Chancery Lane, for the next five years.
ISS was selected as the preferred bidder for its bespoke solution, investment in people, and consistent service approach. Gary Kidd, chief operating officer for the ISS UK private sector business area, said: “We are extremely pleased to be working with the Law Society. The unique value proposition that we have designed for the association was a central part in our joint approach. We look forward to maximising value for our new customer whilst enhancing the overall experience of its employees and visitors.”
Tom Booton, head of CRE for the Law Society, said: “We are pleased to have appointed ISS to deliver our FM services. ISS understands our vision and values and offers an impressive, innovative approach to delivery of service at the Law Society. The FM service delivery will mirror the high standards our organisation and our members expect."
