Cannon Hygiene has launched an online system where customers can get instant and bespoke product recommendations. The self-survey tool quickly recommends a range of products for businesses to provide a hygienic environment for staff and visitors and be compliant with national legislation based on the information they provide. Customers can build a tailored hygiene service from their front door, right through their organisation.
In addition the launch of the online live chat service will allow customers to discuss new products and services with specialists from the Cannon Hygiene team. The changes are supported by a new online e-portal, which gives customers 24/7 access to their account history allowing businesses to review invoices and statements plus make payments online when most convenient.
