Salisbury awarded 'most customer-centric FM business'

The Global Business Awards has announced Salisbury Group as the winner of its award for ‘Most Customer-Centric Facilities Management Business - UK & Ireland’. The Global Business Awards was launched to recognise businesses and showcase their individual achievements and successes in the industries they operate in.

The awards panel said: "Boasting outstanding customer care and service, Salisbury Group is one of our esteemed 2020 victors. During our assessment of the quality of the services offered by Salisbury, we were extremely impressed with the amount of positive feedback from customers who repeatedly highlighted the high levels of detail and commitment to providing excellent service."

Salisbury's group managing director, Andrew Lunt, said: "We thank the Global Business Awards for this accolade, which recognises how we have put our customers' needs at the heart of our service ethos. We believe we have a unique understanding of how buildings work for people, and we combine this knowledge with great training for our people on the ground and in our support centres.
