Reintec, the cleaning equipment specialist, and part of the HSS Hire Group, is expanding its customer offering to provide both sales and service provision alongside its existing cleaning equipment hire function.
In response to market demand for greater flexibility, the business will be extending services available under the Reintec brand to give customers one port of call for all their cleaning equipment needs - irrespective of whether they hire or own their own fleet. The move represents a significant investment and will be supported by a new dedicated headquarters and operational centre in Peterborough.
Under the new model, Reintec will continue to support long-term rental and shorter-term hire, but new flexible customer benefits will include:
• Customers can now buy or hire equipment, and have their fleet maintained and managed by Reintec.
• A new operational centre to provide 24/7 helpdesk support for all customers.
• The ability to have bought equipment serviced via a one-stop shop will keep administration and downtime to a minimum for customers.
