Regent Distributors, established in 1980, has undergone a major digital transformation in partnership with OGL Software. Regent began as a provider of professional skincare solutions and has since expanded into a nationwide distributor of cleaning and catering products throughout the UK.
Its ongoing expansion strategy saw the business move into a larger combined 14,500 sq ft facility, including a newly acquired building to increase storage capacity to support future growth.
As part of its commitment to scaling effectively, Regent recognised the need for a more responsive and robust software solution. Its previous provider failed to meet service expectations, leading to unresolved technical issues and disruptions to daily operations.

This integration has revolutionised their logistics operations, enabling automation of route planning, driver scheduling, and order dispatching, previously manual and time-consuming tasks.
