After a competitive tender process through the London Universities Purchasing Consortium, the Royal College of Art has appointed Churchill as its chosen cleaning partner. As part of the three-year contract, Churchill will provide cleaning services across the RCA’s three London campuses in Kensington, White City and Battersea. The university has more than 2200 Masters and doctoral students, and employs 1000 professionals including scholars, art and design practitioners, along with specialists, advisers and distinguished visitors.
The RCA is the world’s leading arts university, placing number one in the QS World Universities rankings for art and design in 2015, 2016 and 2017.It is also recognised for being the most research-intensive specialist art and design institution in the UK.
Churchill was the preferred candidate, having demonstrated an awareness and understanding of the RCA’s status, and the ability to deliver high standards in keeping with the institution’s reputation.

There are 12 buildings over three campuses based in central London at Kensington, Battersea and White City. For all sites, Churchill will deliver general cleaning, washroom services, and periodic cleaning.
