Oltec Group Trading Ltd (OGT) has received accreditation to become a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) accredited training organisation. In September 2015, OGT was chosen by Savills Management Resources to deliver all lines of soft services facilities management at Grand Central Birmingham, the £150 million premium retail and dining destination.
OGT received the certification after Hamid Ghadry, a BICSc council member, and Luanne Mason, facilities management director, underwent the BICSc intensive four day training course and rigorous assessment. The accreditation will now mean that the Grand Central facilities team will be able to deliver their own accredited and certified training to new and existing employees.
