Cleaning contractor Nviro has launched a newly revamped website in a bid to demonstrate that it's fresh and forward-looking. At www.nviro.co.uk users will be greeted with a new website using more advanced technology, along with regular news feeds and blogs, which Nviro hopes will be of interest to both new and existing customers.
As well as attracting a new audience Nviro was eager to service its clients online, as well, by providing a client portal area for private, secure document uploads. Clients who will be able to use this new facility include one of its newest customers - Hampshire Police - which will have full access to these functions at a click of a button.
Nviro's marketing executive, Carl Robinson, said: “The content on the website is tailored to all our customer types, whether they come from private or public sectors. By having topical content which people want to read, we are noticing a steady increase in the number of visitors to the site. It is also a lot easier to manage and upgrade when necessary. The trick is to 'never say never'. If the last 10 years have taught us anything, it is that web standards and technologies are constantly evolving - a solution today may be outdated tomorrow. The Internet and websites are essentially a way of communicating, and unless you're at the edge of the latest means of communication you'll soon fall out of favour with your customers.”
Nviro welcomes both positive and negative feedback as a way of moving forward in the marketplace, which it believes is vital in maintaining longevity and success. To date, the overwhelming feedback from users about the new site is positive.
