NIC has appointed Jon Lightowler as business change director. Lightowler has been involved in the facilities management sector for over 10 years where he has specialised in driving change through Lean Six Sigma methodology. He has worked with some of the UK’s leading FM companies and has an impressive record of driving change and efficiencies across projects within the FM sector. He was also the first Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in the FM industry.
Jon Lightowler brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business and will be part of NIC’s drive to continue to use technology to streamline the business. He said: “I am excited to be joining NIC at this time, to be involved in taking the business forward. The scope and ambition of the business fits well with my own values and ambition.”
