phs Group has appointed a new head of facilities management and property. Darren Hawkins has more than three decades’ experience in the services industry, working in both operations and sales for some of the leading FM market service providers. Having worked with phs for more than 25 years, he has now moved across to serve his former industry. His role will see him leading the strategic direction of the sector, growing client relationships and spreading the message of how phs can help FM and property companies offer more to their customers.
