ICE has appointed Lee Owen as its new head of engineering. He joined ICE in 2013 as a field service engineer and progressed quickly to the role of technical support manager the following year. He was then promoted to field service manager in 2016 and was responsible for managing over 30 field engineers in the southern region.
Owen now takes the position of head of engineering and will be responsible for ensuring that the entire engineering team provides an excellent service. He said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been given the opportunity to head up the engineering team at ICE. Having started as a field engineer and progressed through the company, I have a real understanding of the area, which will stand me in good stead to lead the ICE engineering community.”
