netXtra develops new web presence for CSSA

netXtra, a leading membership organisation website development company, has recently designed, developed and launched a new site for the Cleaning and Support Services Association. As well as consolidating site functionality and increasing its member interactivity, the new website - www.cleaningindustry.org - provides members and others within the cleaning industry with a central hub of useful information. Furthermore, it now successfully promotes the products and services of CSSA members, and allows them to directly receive tender invitations from other organisations via the site’s new tender submission facility.
The new redeveloped website now features an online membership directory that visitors can use to find potential suppliers and submit contracting tenders. Alternatively, they can use it to quickly search and find members’ details by location or industry sector. The directory is already proving to be a really effective and popular way of promoting members’ products and services and ultimately gives members much more visibility to potential new business.
As well as being a central repository for industry news, information and CSSA documentation, the website now goes a lot further in promoting the benefits of CSSA membership, with visitors able to apply using the new online application form. Once submitted, administrators at the CSSA receive a notification and can then use the website’s content management system (CMS) to manage members’ registrations and their site access.
Andrew Large, chief executive of the CSSA and chairman of the Trade Association Forum, said: “netXtra has always had an excellent reputation for designing and developing incredibly successful websites for membership organisations, including several recent award winning sites for many other Trade Association Forum members. Yet, netXtra has again surpassed our already high expectations by delivering a fantastic new website that is inspiring and engaging our members, and effectively promoting the CSSA to non-member visitors and potential advertisers.”
