Eric Wright Professional Services, Eric Wright FM’s dedicated education property management and maintenance offering, has won a national contract to deliver education property services for Tauheedul Education Trust (TET). The national contract is worth around £180,000 over two years, with the potential to extend for another two years and the opportunity for additional project work.
TET is a mixed multi-academy trust that runs both faith-based and non-faith primary and secondary schools. The contract covers all of the TET schools which consist of 18 academies across the region in Preston, Bolton, Blackburn, Blackpool, Manchester, and Bradford as well as three schools in Birmingham and three in London. A further academy conversion is also currently underway in Birmingham, taking the total number of TET schools to 19.
Eric Wright Professional Services will deliver consultancy advice, reactive maintenance and help the academies to access existing or newly created maintenance and service contracts. The team will also support TET in complying with legislation, statutory and good practice, thus ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to property management across its estate, and undertake property condition surveys throughout the contract term.
