LCC Support Services is riding high in the 2009 industry awards programmes. Twice previous category winner in the prestigious Golden Service Awards - for best cleaned offices and best cleaned educational establishment - the company has been named as a finalist in four sectors of the 2009 programme.
LCC now has to wait until the awards luncheon on 30 October to find out whether it has won any category awards. The four categories are for the education sector (Great Yarmouth College), hospitality sector (NIDO student accommodation), and offices above 15,000 sq ft (EC Harris). LCC is also a finalist in the new service delivery innovation of the year award for its IBMS Integrated Business Management System, which incorporates customer support, service auditing and provides each client with their own secure web portal to monitor progress.
Three LCC supervisors have also been nominated for the Supervisor of the Year award.
Not only has LCC become a finalist in the GSA, it has reached the final stages of the i-FM Awards and is awaiting the outcome, which will be announced at the presentations on 11 November.
