Kimberly-Clark Corporation, the parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has been named one of the best multinational companies to work for in a league table compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute.
The company was placed fourth in the Institute’s latest ‘World’s 25 best multinational workplaces’ ranking, higher than a host of big name brands.
The Great Place to Work Institute’s rankings are based on the results of an international survey of 2.5 million employees, which measures their views on five key workplace attributes including credibility, fairness, respect, pride and camaraderie.
Richard Millard, platform leader for EMEA at Kimberly-Clark Professional, said: “We’re immensely proud of the placing achieved by Kimberly-Clark Corporation in the Great Place to Work Institute’s league table. It’s particularly pleasing because our strategy is focused entirely on helping our customers create ‘Exceptional Workplaces’. To have our own workplace recognised as exceptional is tremendous news, and gives us so much strength and confidence, because it shows that, as well as talking the talk, we are walking the walk.”
