ISSA has shifted its China office in Shanghai to a new location, in an effort to streamline the association’s services and reduce its operational cost amid the challenging worldwide economic climate.
Concurrent with this change in location, ISSA has hired Cynthia Gao as its liaison in China. In this role, Gao will support current members in China, act as a point of contact for the ISSA office in China, and promote ISSA membership to the cleaning industry within that nation. She joins the association with experience in customer service, in-house and customer training, and the organisation of recruitment and social events.
In her new capacity, Gao will report to ISSA director of Asia-Pacific Services, Lionel Koh. She will also work closely with the staff members of CHC Expo Services in Shanghai, the sales agent within mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) for ISSA/Interclean exhibitions worldwide.
ISSA would like to thank its previous employees in Chin - David Jin, Shirley Zhou, and Sandy Tao - for their dedicated service to the association. ISSA wishes them well as they pursue new career and business opportunities.
