The Merton Group has invested in a new product-based customer support website for 2015. The site is a complete overhaul and just the start of the company's digital developments this year. The group is using latest technology to integrate its new website with its product management system which will allow clients direct access to the latest product specifications and health and safety information. The site holds all of Merton's core product data, meaning customers can rely on a central point of information with 24/7 access.
The new website also details Merton's approach to manufacturing environmentally friendly products, highlights its product innovations like chemical concentrate delivery systems Ecodose and Envodose, and showcases how the company works directly with a large variety of industry sectors across the country. New customers will be able to build a wish list of Merton Group products which they will then be able to discuss with an account manager. The site is also built using latest web technology making it faster, more intuitive, and responsive to any browser to make sure it's as easy as possible for the end user to find what they need.
Michael Maybury, Merton Group's newly appointed marketing controller, said: “Having only recently joined the company it's great to see so much investment in customer support which is really the primary focus of the new site. Improvements like the website upgrade are a brilliant way to move the Merton Group forward. We have some big plans for 2015 to maximise the opportunities presented online and I am already planning the next phase of digital developments.”
