Initial Washroom Hygiene has acquired the washroom vending division of Perform 365. Tamworth-based Perform 365 is a private company specialising in the supply and servicing of a wide range of vending machines.
This acquisition reinforces Initial Washroom Hygiene's commitment to investing in its vending services which provide an ever-increasing number of customers with bespoke washroom vending solutions, fully tailored to their specific washroom requirements.
Phill Wood, area managing director, Rentokil Initial, UK, Ireland and The Baltics, said: "I am delighted with this agreement, which I believe positions us as the largest provider of washroom vending machine services in the UK, with nearly 25,000 operational vending machines nationwide. We look forward to continuing to build on our service offer, in delivering the tailored and specialist washroom vending machine services that our customers expect and deserve.”
Adam Abrams, managing director, Perform 365 Ltd, said: “This is a win-win situation. It enables our washroom vending machine customers to benefit from the specific washroom expertise that Initial Washroom Hygiene is able to provide, while at the same time allowing Perform 365 to focus on its front-of-house vending services.”
The Initial Washroom Hygiene washroom vending services include fully managed and self-serviced options, both of which include professional installation of the vending machine and ongoing maintenance.
