Incentive FM is celebrating after a number of its clients were recognised at this year’s Sceptre awards. Three of the company’s clients in the shopping centre sector were announced as winners and runners up at the awards ceremony.
The Sceptre awards recognise best practice across all aspects of the shopping centre industry from environment to customer service. Friars Square shopping centre in Aylesbury scooped the ‘security team of the year’ award, whilst Bluewater shopping centre in Kent and Crystal Peaks shopping centre in Sheffield received ‘highly commended’ in the same category. Crystal Peaks shopping centre was also recognised as a runner up in the ‘customer service team of the year’ category. In addition, the centre’s operations manager, Steve Salisbury, was awarded the ‘operations manager of the year’ award.
