English Lakes Hotels, Resorts & Venues is the latest organisation to sign up for the maintenance management software, Agility. English Lakes Hotels Group offers six individually styled hotels - four luxury hotels in the heart of the Lake District and two in North Lancashire. The hotel and leisure group will use the software across all its six sites to help make sure everything’s in tip top condition for guests.
The system will help to automatically schedule maintenance tasks within the hotels. In future, staff will also be able to log reactive maintenance jobs across the sites.
George Harker, buildings and maintenance manager for the English Lakes Hotels Group, said: “We’ve been planning on implementing a computerised maintenance system for some time and Agility really fits the bill. We first saw Agility at one of SoftSols showcase events in Glasgow. After extensive evaluation of that and other systems, we chose the system for its flexibility and cost - it does everything we need without expensive add-ons.”
