Foremost UK enhances hard floor maintenance with the introduction of NeverStrip

Foremost UK has introduced NeverStrip to the UK market, a hard floor maintenance system designed to help commercial cleaning companies move away from outdated strip and recoat methods and take greater control of cost, consistency and sustainability.

NeverStrip replaces traditional chemical-intensive processes with a mechanical system that restores and maintains floors without the need for harsh stripping chemicals. The result is a more controlled, repeatable approach to floor care that reduces disruption, lowers long-term cost, and delivers a consistently high standard of finish.

For many cleaning businesses, floor maintenance remains one of the most labour-intensive and inconsistent areas of delivery. NeverStrip directly addresses this by simplifying the process and removing variables that typically lead to variation in quality and performance.

Darryl Penson, Managing Director at Foremost UK, said: “Floor care is one of the last areas of the industry still relying on methods that haven’t fundamentally changed in decades. NeverStrip challenges that. It gives our customers a more controlled, more predictable way to deliver results without the cost, disruption, and environmental impact of traditional floor stripping.”

Key benefits include:

  • Removal of strip and recoat processes
  • Greater consistency across sites and operatives
  • Reduced chemical usage and environmental impact
  • Lower lifetime cost of floor maintenance

The introduction of NeverStrip reflects a broader shift within the industry, as cleaning companies look for more efficient, scalable ways to deliver high standards under increasing commercial and environmental pressure.

Darryl added: “This isn’t about doing the same job slightly better, it’s about doing it differently. As the industry moves forward, the businesses that question legacy methods and adopt more controlled, efficient approaches will be the ones that outperform.”
