Our mission is to create exceptional workplaces and improve washroom standards throughout every facility, demonstrating our passion to continuously improve our industry. We are very proud to announce the finalists for the Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards 2020 who have showcased some outstanding achievements this year."

The 66 finalists will now go through to the next stage of judging which for most categories includes a site visit by a BICSc judge. An independent judge has been appointed for the judging of the BICSc industry training award. Site visits will take place during November with the judging panel looking for innovation, staff training and client relationships as the main criteria for assessment.

Stan Atkins, CEO of BICSc, said: “Congratulations to all finalists for 2020. This is a year of unrivalled standards with evidence of clear innovations and achievements across the industry. The judges look forward to meeting the finalists at the site visits. It is important to stress that it is the standards of excellence achieved that will be judged and not just whether the entry specifications are followed.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Wednesday 4 March 2020 at the London Hilton, Park Lane. Over 500 guests, including finalists and sponsors, and the leading names in the UK’s cleaning and FM industry, are expected to come together to celebrate its stars and their achievements in 2020.
