Disposables UK makes two new appointments

Disposables UK, part of the Northwood Group, has made two new additions to its team with the recent appointment of a new Optimum business development manager and marketing executive. The two new hires will support the cleaning and hygiene manufacturer as it continues its growth strategy.

Nick Wragg joins as Optimum business development manager. He has over 10 years experience working in the distribution industry and will play a crucial role in the development of the business, with a particular focus on broadening Disposables UK's thriving Optimum brand portfolio in the north of England region. He said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at Disposables UK at such an exciting time. I have known and admired the company for many years and I am really looking forward to working with the highly regarded Optimum range.”

Elizabeth McManus, a marketing graduate from the University of Central Lancashire, has been appointed as marketing assistant where she will support manager, Paul Mulready, in delivering an energetic marketing campaign across all Disposables UK's leading brands. With four year's work experience in brand development and campaign management, McManus has already worked with a variety of brands, including Yorkshire Building Society, The University of Huddersfield, and The University of Leeds. She said: “This is a great opportunity to join such a well-respected Yorkshire company and work in a fast-paced environment on a range of different brands.”
