By focusing our service delivery on customer needs, we have achieved significant process improvements for Debenhams. For instance, introducing a flexible service delivery model that has improved productivity and enhanced efficiencies across the estate. We look forward to continuing to support Debenhams in achieving its business goals, and building on this strong partnership.”
