Julius Rutherfoord has won a cleaning contract with Hanover to manage cleaning in nine of its Extra Care housing estates. Hanover is a national provider of quality housing and services for older people, including Extra Care properties, where residents can access 24-hour care on-site. Each estate contains approximately 50 self-contained units for older people, including communal lounges and dining areas, kitchens, and offices.
The London-based contract cleaning company, which has extensive experience in the housing sector, will be providing daily full-time cleaning, in most cases seven days a week. This covers all communal areas, laundry areas, offices, as well as window cleaning, and an option to clean residents' apartments.
