Following the win of major energy providers NPower, cleaning companies Keep IT Clean and Eastern Knight Services Ltd have announced a new partnership whereby both companies will refer their existing and potential clients to each other. This is following the successful implementation of an initial trial period which has yielded promising results.
The deal was cemented after Keep IT Clean impressed energy providers NPower with a high level of service following a referral from Eastern Knight Services. Combined, the two companies are pooling their strengths in order to offer customers a comprehensive cleaning service.
Director of Keep IT Clean, Claire Burke, is confident that the partnership will be of benefit of both the companies and their clients, especially during the recession. She said: “With the nature of the economy as it is, It is important for smaller companies to support each other and we are confident that our ability will breed success. We are both fiercely proud of the professional standards we have worked hard to establish which will benefit our clients who can now enjoy the inclusive service we are able to offer.”
Myron Larkowsky, director of Eastern Knight Services, added: “We are confident we will work well together as we share the same values and have a strong belief in delivering great customer service, quality and professionalism.”
The two East Anglian companies offer complementary services: Eastern Knight Services Ltd provides a commercial cleaning service, while Keep IT Clean specialises in infection control, including the anti-bacterial cleaning of IT equipment such as keyboards, phones and photocopiers.
