Changing perceptions - a stronger future for the cleaning industr

The British Cleaning Council's annual conference will take place on Thursday 6 November at Dexter House in London, with the focus this year on changing perceptions in the cleaning industry. Key speakers include Ruby McGregor-Smith, CEO of Mitie, and former sales and marketing director for Easyjet, Tony Anderson. Other highlights include tips on effective networking by business development coach Peter Spalton, and presentations on technology and using social media for business.

The popular panel Q & A is back again, with delegates invited to put questions to experts from the cleaning industry - BCC chairman, Doug Cooke and CEO of The Building Futures Group, Sarah Bentley are just two of the guests facing the questions this year.

For the first time the conference will be working with The London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy, and £10 from each ticket sale will go directly to the charity.

The lead sponsor is Kimberly Clark Professional, with South Thames College, Reintec, Equality and Human Rights, The Building Futures Group, and NSL providing additional sponsorship.
