Rentokil Initial has been awarded a Hygeia Award in the centre of excellence category, which recognises its commitment to learners as well as the 2018 RoSPA Gold Award, in recognition of its practices and achievements in helping frontline colleagues get home safely at the end of the working day.
Both awards demonstrate the company’s continued commitment to its employees, ensuring they all have the opportunities to continue to learn and develop their skills, whilst maintaining a safe environment to work in.
David Cross, head of the technical training academy, Rentokil Pest Control, said: “We are delighted to have won the Hygeia ‘Centre of Excellence’ Award.
