Cleaning specialist, Prime Facility Services, has been awarded a five-year contract with Wrekin Housing Group. The cleaning contract covers a range of sites for Wrekin, who provide affordable homes for over 28,000 people across Shropshire, Telford, and Wrekin & Staffordshire.
Anita Francis, area manager with The Wrekin Housing Group, said: “We were delighted to welcome Prime Facility Services as our new cleaning contractor. Their submission met all our requirements and we have been very impressed with all their work so far. The quality of their cleans are very high, they work safely and it’s fantastic to work with a local company that share our values.”
Prime has TUPE transferred over 30 staff from the previous contractor, along with a dedicated contract manager. Prime is also tasked with helping clean properties in readiness for new tenants to move in.
Jacob Perry, regional catering manager at the Wrekin Housing Group, said: “Prime conducted their first deep clean for us recently. The standard of the clean was excellent and I was impressed with the machinery and cleaning products being used.”
