Winning trio lets you tackle the toughest upholstery cleaning challenges

It takes the right tools to clean upholstery well yet leave it as dry as possible. You need a well-engineered upholstery cleaning process that is guaranteed to deliver top-notch cleaning results on all types of upholstery. The chemists and technical experts at Legend Brands have developed just such a process, using three leading products.

• Step one: Prespray - Chemspec Heavy Duty Soil Lifter with Biosolv works great as an upholstery prespray, powering through heavy, greasy soils and yet rinsing easily. HDSL is a favourite. Its mild pH helps control the risk of bleeding and allows for its use on all fibres and fabrics – plus it’s Woolsafe certified.

• Step two: Detergent rinse - One Earth Rug and Upholstery Cleaner is an acid side product for use on textiles that are at risk of bleeding when treated in alkaline conditions. Ideal for use as prespray or as neutralising rinse, this product is surfactant-free for minimal foaming and easy rinsing. One Earth Rug and Upholstery Cleaner is WoolSafe approved and Ecologo certified.

• Step three: Upholstery Pro - a hand tool that cleans faster and leaves fabrics drier. Now you can effectively clean a wide range of fabrics and soiling conditions with just one tool. Featuring an easy-to-use flow control and unique continuous flow design, the Upholstery Pro allows you to extract in both directions and easily remove the heaviest upholstery soils for the best clean possible, and the clear housing allows you to closely monitor cleaning progress, solution flow and extraction rates.

The Upholstery Pro is correctly angled and carefully balanced to reduce wrist, arm and back fatigue, the unit is equipped with a trigger lock, and the housing is constructed of lightweight but extremely durable nylon resins and other engineered plastics for long service life.

A trigger valve provides instant shut-off when dry extraction is needed and saves solution too. A high vacuum flow provides for a much faster dry time, reducing the risk of problems associated with overwetting, including bleeding, nap damage, and more.

The portable Upholstery Pro tool features an inline orifice to control water flow and optimise heat.
