Star Platforms passes SafeHire audit

UK powered access company, Star Platforms, has successfully passed its recent SafeHire audit, demonstrating its continued commitment to providing safe and reliable equipment to its customers.

Launched in 2016 by the Hire Association Europe and Event Hire Association (HAE EHA), SafeHire aims to raise the standards across the industry and improve all areas of company operations from corporate social responsibility (CSR), quality management, health and safety, environmental management, and customer service standards.

The SafeHire accreditation sits alongside Star Platforms’ ISO4001 award, as well as silver FORS accreditation and CLOCS Standard the company recently received.

Ian Mitchell, operations director, said: “We are delighted to once again announce we have passed our SafeHire audit. Star Platforms is committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers, and this includes them knowing the equipment they hire is not only safe for use but being hired from a company committed to best practice and continually striving for operational and performance improvement.”
