Pacvac has received bronze recognition from Healthier Workplace WA as a result of the positive work environment changes it has undergone to create a motivated and productive workforce. The Healthier Workplace WA programme recognises workplaces in Western Australia who have a focus on workplace health and wellbeing.
“I have always maintained the belief that happy staff are the key to a successful company, and in recent months we have been working hard to ensure we continue to support and encourage a staff-centred mindset where employee wellbeing is paramount,” said Donna Rothwell, director of Pacvac. “One of the most innovative changes we have implemented in recent months is our Wellbeing Initiative, which ultimately increases a staff member’s leave entitlements, at the expense of the company, to ensure staff are provided with an additional three days of leave to utilise as they see fit. I see this initiative greatly boosting our employees’ overall wellbeing, ensuring a positive work-life balance.”
