OCS Group UK Ltd has appointed Jeremy Dicks as director of operations for the NEC Group contract. Dicks will manage the facilities management contract that OCS Group has held with NEC since 2012, overseeing security and event stewarding, traffic and car park management, portering, cleaning, waste management, and helpdesk services. He will report to Andrew Mortimer, managing director of destinations and venues.
Jeremy Dicks has an established history within the facilities management and property services industry, having worked with Sodexo, Compass Group and latterly Carillion. In addition to this, he has also worked across a wide range of industry sectors including corporate services, retail, sports and leisure, travel, defence, education, healthcare, and local government.
Andrew Mortimer said: “Jeremy has a superb track record in the FM sector and a wealth of experience to offer. I look forward to working with him and the team in Birmingham. With Jeremy on board we will to continue to build on the great work we have delivered at the NEC.”
