New audit module for fmNet

IPG Systems, the facilities management cloud-software specialist, has released a host of new features to its flagship computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software suite, fmNet. The new release includes a work audit scheduler tool, which enables property managers to efficiently audit sub-contractor and employee activity, to monitor job service levels and resulting quality standards. Managers can have the system automatically select a configurable percentage of completed tasks and they will be presented as a regular audit tour of inspection.

In addition to the work audit scheduler module, additional enhancements include improved display of quarterly planned preventative maintenance schedules enabling clients to quickly view the latest tasks at-a-glance. In addition, a new ‘store opening and closing report’ has been released specifically for retail customers, in order for facilities managers to effectively record retailers’ operating hours, including incidents of early opening or late closing.

Ian Stone, operations manager of IPG Systems, said: “We have listened to our customers and have subsequently developed a number of additional tools that we believe will further support them in efficiently managing their property portfolios and tenant requirements. We are therefore pleased to launch the latest version of fmNet, which includes the new auditing and scheduling functionality for the enhanced management of their commercial and public buildings.”
