Neon Series of ultrasonic cleaners launched

Ultrawave has launched its new Neon Series of ultrasonic cleaners for industry, designed to deliver precision cleaning performance within one small footprint. Featuring Ultrawave Frequency Leap Technology to ensure homogeneous cavitation throughout the tank, the Neon Series has been designed to reduce running costs as well as waste during the cleaning process. The system has also been designed to use less detergent, whilst at the same time improving component cleanliness.

An integrated jetting system enhances fluid agitation within the tank and increases flushes of contaminant into the Neon's inbuilt sinusoidal overflow-weir. This process removes contaminants in the main tank before cleaning through the integrated stainless steel pump and twin filtration.

Modular in design, the Neon Series can be specified either as a standalone unit, or incorporated into a multi-stage system with additional wash, rinse and drying stages being easily added as required.

Available from 35 to 90 litres capacity, all wetted parts of the Neon Series tank are 316 stainless steel, maximising chemical compatibility and system longevity. These ultrasonic cleaning systems are covered by the Ultrawave standard 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Chris Czyrko, sales and marketing manager at Ultrawave, said: “We believe our new Neon Series is an innovative and highly versatile new product which has grown out of our development of custom-built cleaners for specific industries. By combining so many features within one unit, the Neon Series ticks all the boxes when it comes to integrating ultrasonic cleaning into manufacturing and maintenance processes.”
