LPM Cleaning & Support Services has recently been presented with the Outstanding Supplier Award 2011-2012 by IT support training provider Zenos.
Zenos national facilities manager, Rob Cooknell, said: “Just to be nominated for the Outstanding Supplier Award is quite an achievement as Zenos has hundreds of suppliers who all work hard and provide a good service to the company. I decided to nominate LPM as I felt that there was a very strong relationship between our two companies which has matured over the last two years into an excellent partnership. I also felt that LPM brought significant innovation to the cleaning contract and is constantly seeking ways to improve the customer service levels and maximise the impact of cleaning staff at our sites. LPM has supported Zenos through continual growth and provided cleaning services to our sites with minimum fuss and with excellent results. Inevitably there have been a few challenges along the way, but LPM has overcome any obstacles put in front of them. The facilities team at Zenos was delighted for LPM when it was announced they had won and we hope that this is just one milestone in a long and prosperous relationship.”
LPM provides a daily cleaning service to 17 of the 30 Zenos IT training academies nationwide. In fact, it has just added the Wakefield and Birmingham sites to the contract.
