Investing in a training partnership

Having experienced a period of growth and change, Indepth Managed Services has partnered with Momentus to deliver its training and development vision, in line with its business strategy.

In March this year, as part of its virtual team day, Indepth delivered the outline of its roadmap for the year, with each area of the business focusing on its own KPIs. The roadmap demonstrated aims and objectives along with Indepth’s ambitious sales target for the financial year ahead.

With a firm focus on continual growth, Indepth also wants to improve and maintain high levels of support and service to its clients and employees. The company identified that in order to meet these key objectives it would require the development and creation of a new training ethos to provide first class training and development to all staff, across the whole of the business. Indepth sought an external partner to work with it over a 12-month period - Momentus fitted the brief.

Momentus will be taking Indepth employees on a training and development journey, focussing on improving the induction process, team and individual development, building courses and certification around role specific requirements and supporting everyone’s personal development and career aspirations. This will all lead to making learning an ongoing experience throughout the business.
