ICCA awards attract entrants from across sector

The Irish Contract Cleaning Association (ICCA) Industry Awards - last held in 2014 - will be staged at lunchtime on Friday 19 October in the Round Room at the Mansion House, Dawson St, Dublin 2. The industry awards ceremony is the biggest social event on the ICCA calendar, and remains popular with members and stakeholders. In previous years it was attended by over 300 commercial contract cleaning personnel, service providers and guests.

The independently judged awards recognise service excellence in the contract cleaning industry and provide a benchmark for quality, and a means of identifying leading service providers in the field. Independently appointed judge, Siobhan Prout, is currently undertaking site visits and notes that the cleaning standards of sites are high across a broad category of buildings.

Bunzl Cleaning and Safety Supplies (BCSS) is the lead sponsor for the awards. Tom Dalzell, managing director of BCSS, said: “BCSS are delighted to work in partnership with the ICCA as lead sponsor of the upcoming industry awards… These awards recognise and celebrate the vital role of professional contract cleaning service providers in our private and public-sector infrastructure. BCSS aims to build lasting relationships with the contract cleaning industry, pioneering innovation and offering our customers the best possible service, selection, quality, and cost in use solutions. We wish all nominees the very best of luck and we look forward to celebrating the contract cleaning industry successes with everyone attending on the 19th October.”

Additional sponsors include Diversey, Karcher, Nilfisk, Workwear Experts, MG Hygiene, ICE, and Chemical Direct.
