Host announced for 2020 Golden Service Awards

Kimberly-Clark Professional has announced award-winning comedian, comedy writer and author Dominic Holland as the host of the 2020 Golden Service Awards. Also confirmed as announcer and compère after his success at the 2018 event is Roger Tilling.

The 2020 Golden Service Awards is an important event in the cleaning and FM industry calendar. The stage is being set for the awards ceremony on Wednesday 4 March at The London Hilton Park Lane where ‘the UK’s master of observational comedy’ (as described by The Sunday Times), Dominic Holland, will help reveal the winners in front of 500 guests.

Dominic Holland is a professional comedian with countless television and radio credits. Dominic has published five novels, Only in America, The Ripple Effect, A Man’s Life, Open Links and his latest novel, I’Gabriel, which was published in 2019. He has also written for many national newspapers and for the likes of Sir David Frost, Bob Monkhouse, Harry Enfield, and Lenny Henry.

Roger Tilling returns as the announcer and compère. One of the most well-known and trusted voices on British TV, Roger is best known as the voice of University Challenge, the world’s longest running TV quiz show. Roger has also been heard on many major television events and shows, from Never Mind the Buzzcocks to The British Soap Awards and to announcing Her Majesty The Queen at The Royal Variety Performance.
