Greyland sponsors Nine Peaks Challenge in aid of charities

Greyland sponsors Nine Peaks Challenge in aid of charities

At over 4000 feet each, the combined heights of the nine peaks is actually higher than Everest, the world’s highest mountain! However you add it up, it’s still a huge challenge for climbers Martin Wardroper, Chris Wright and their main sponsors, which includes cleaning chemicals manufacturer Greyland.

The aim is to conquer the nine highest peaks in the UK, which are all located in Scotland. Even in summer, those mountains can be dangerous, with weather that can change from fine to atrocious in moments.

The gruelling trek is in aid of mental health care charity Mind, the Marie Curie organisation which provides help during terminal illness, the military charity Help for Heroes, and The Message Trust, a Christian charity for young people in schools, prisons and communities.
