The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) is once again holding its annual awards ceremony on Thursday 26 September 2019 at Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa in Northamptonshire. The awards celebrate brilliance in training and accreditation throughout the cleaning industry.
Last year’s winner of the ‘Outstanding Candidate of the Year’ award, Fern Soo, said: “Winning ‘Outstanding Candidate of the Year’ has opened up so many opportunities for me. Since winning the award, I have travelled to multiple sites across my organisation conducting BICSc training with other members of the team. It has encouraged participation amongst my colleagues, and they have shown more motivation to use best practice and industry standards across the board.”
In addition to the usual six applied for awards, this year there is a new applied for category - ‘The John Edwards Award’ - which recognises an outstanding corporate member for their commitment and support in helping the Institute achieve its goal – ‘creating a career in cleaning’.
